Thinking of learning web design for blogging

This is an area that I think I should learn seriously. Have learned HTML many many years back but never take it seriously so far until recently I was going to setup my own homepage: ChengSoonGiap.com.

There are many software – both free software and commercial software available that can help me to do my job – Dreamweaver, Kompozer and so on. For the time being, I am using Kompozer – this freeware is easy to be used and free after all.
